Important Update from Paypal for PayPal India Users : Change in User Agreement

I have a strange question, paypal holds about 1.8K of mine in the name of minimum reserve, any guesses what will happen to that ??

This government just has a bunch of retards working in it, especially the f0reign rulers of the country whose mission is to just mess around in every possible way. Now this is a blow to webmasters especially when the politicians have billions of dollars stacked in dozens of tax havens all over the world. Even gandhis have a lot of black money as per various recent reports but they don't want to let go a little bit via paypal. With the long route that is needed to send money now, money is going to be wasted in conversion charges which is going to increase costs of doing business, thus ruining the competitiveness which is what they want to do.

Guys it is time to get them a defeat in the coming elections and never let them rule again. These have ruled the country for years and right from the start, they have only looted Indians, given up on parts of the country in the name of gandi philosophies (which is the cause of lots of problems today) while millions don't even have food to eat. Now they are targeting webmasters' money. Maybe they think the webmasters community is their weakest target or its possible that paypal didn't pay bribe money to the congress.

They could have sought transaction details from paypal for all / suspected persons but they don't want Indians to compete in services sector. These retards hate native Indian religion, Indian competitiveness in services and what not. Now it is up to you whether you want your country to continue suffering in the hands of these looters.

Good luck and those unable to use credit cards are doomed or never gonna progress online.

Are you able to use money kept in paypal for buying/selling online as paypal is the most accepted mean of sending/receiving money online?. Would you be using CC only if you want to buy hosting, domain and other stuffs?.

you still havnt realized the 500$ transaction limit and fee taking <7000 inr withdrawals within seven days, have you ? bank charge fee for currency conversion with cc payment.

 

What does it clarify? Paypal dead!

One of the worst crappy paypal system has stolen 75$ from my account and made my account to limited mode with 1200$

I was transferring 1200$ to my account and they limited my account and reversed the money and taken 75$ for currerncy conversion.

I just tried to send 1$ from my pp balance and it worked

sent at 12:40 am on mar 1 . ( to check the restrictions from mar 1 )

Yes, just sent payment .. around 2 minutes ago. Went through smoothly. I think it would be PST, EST or something .. not IST when the transfers will be stopped.

Dear DP Members,

I have spoke to one of the International Paypal Customer Support name Joel over Skype. She said as of now they haven't received any updates from their officials. So the rule which are witnessing in the blog will stay for now. But this is not the end of the world. We could wait for a week in order to get the update from them, I am pretty sure about it. Do you all remember that we had a same kind of situation last year for a month as you can't withdraw money to your bank account but Cheque only.

So keep your fingers crossed and i will update you if i heard anything or viceversa.

My hosting has 2CO option also for payment so that is good for me

 

Well its risky bec they may limit paypal as they are showing notice page after login and expecting indian ppl to follow the restrictions. However its possible that they update their codes in next few days.
