Important Update from Paypal for PayPal India Users : Change in User Agreement

Remember Paypal is a selfish US corporate organization. They need not worry a dime about Indians.

It is us the freelancers, internet marketers, webmasters who use the Paypal because most of our clients (who are individuals and not corporates) prefer to use Paypal. Paypal is not forcing us to make use of the payment system instead it is us who use it because it is the most popular.

Does the RBI too falls in the same category. Can it behave like a selfish corporate organization. As far as I know it should frame policies that will help Indians conduct their business without hassles.

 

Every payment processor is already doing it. But instead of doing this kind of ways there are ways to enforce rules in paypal.

1. Any person having account in paypal should use their pan number to verify the account.
2. All the transactions should be added to the PAN account. So that govt can easily track it.

Instead of doing this , enforcing some stupid laws will not make any sense

 

I received this message just now, friends its very bad news from all Indian users of Paypal, very bad

 

All these so called "IAS babus" passed their exams by mugging questions and answers from cheap "guide books" but dont have the aptitude nor the ability to serve the country

 

Only a week left and we guys are shouting on govt, paypal and many other people but not interested in finding any solution or any way of cheat paypal?

 

You can expect some ebooks on the first week. Till then follow the stupid rules made by the crappy heads

All international payment gateways have to follow RBI rules,since paypal is not following its rules so RBI is more strict with paypal.

 

RBI has no time to reply the single person, we have to make unity and blast like the legend bhagat singh then RBI reply to us.

 

u can pay only using credit card by adding into ur paypal ac to any paypal ac, there is not other way to pay by paypal, if u have then also let me know.

 

I think we all must start a petition and request RBI to remove this stupid rules

Well, I believe majority of people replying in this thread, and specially those, blaming to so called Babus, IAS Officers, Government Officials, RBI or even PayPal are all Just Getting Their Frustration OUT. I see $45.59 - And most of the News Papers (Printed Papers) tomorrow will show the closure near to the amount of $45.

Now my question here is only this - Is it a fair play by PayPal to apply it's own Exchange Rates?

PayPal's exchange rate is NO WHERE NEAR to the Closure rates.

This is really something called Loot!!!

And I'm not happy about it.

 

try comparing paypal with others, its still cheaper and easier.

 

No boy there is no need of adding a CC to pay. You can even pay directly by a CC if the one who has to get money sends you a BUY NOW BUTTON of PayPal for the amount he wants.

 

This is only good for 1-2 transactions, just takes too much time entering CC details every time. Its always good option to add CC to paypal and make payments.

 

Hey I believe you are very very new to foreign exchange . Without any knowledge on it you are speaking on it. What you are speaking is the exchange rate. but if you go and check the price in any exchanger , he will also give the same price. If you have doubts go and please check it. might be 10-50 paise difference will be there.

If you dont like why you want to do transaction with paypal. instead you can start your own processor right?

 

It is also not good to give CC information. Since hosting companies and others sell the information and make money from it too
