RBI will be making a ton of money from all this. As turnover is much more than actual profit.
By asking us to withdraw asap, RBI will have more money in banks at disposal.

This Indian government is not for common man. They try to act as if they are for common people by going to poor people and so on.

But this is only for the richer people to become more nicher. So that the corrupted officials will make money out of them

Guys if you have read my previous posts I have highlighted that PAYPAL is a bad guy and not RBI. Is is wrong to keep a watch on the money of Indians. Paypal wont follow the laws and you want RBI to give a free trade access to everyone honest freelancers to deadly terrorists?

Rahul , Please understand it is not paypal which is allowing people to do free trade. Which was the rules of the RBI which was so stupid and it does not have mechanism to handle this kind of things.

If you think so paypal is the problem answer the following questions.

    1. If US is able to handle paypal and also terroist why cant INDIA>
    2. Does our government has outdated tracking mechanism to track the illegal funds.
    3. What does RBI has done till now to get 300 Lakhs Crores of rupees from Swiss bank.
    4. When RBI is been the puppet till now and not able to take any action against the corrupted officials and politicians, why it is so eager to get the money from freelancers alone?

All these are not done to control FD flow. It is to get the cash to banks and increase the usage of credit card usage in INDIA. All I can say is, this is one of the worst government I have seen . This does not take cares for the common man but it takes care of Millionaires and billionaires alone

Paypal would have not given the commision the banks are giving for the officials.

If they do so , I'm sure they can solve the problems

What is there to salute Indian Gov. I don't understand.

Nobody here is taking money away from India to the outside world, then what is the necessity for you to salute Indian gov as if they have prevented a billion Crore Rupees being siphoned off from India. All we want is a hassle free way to run our internet biz.

All the RBI has done is to make Indian internet entrepreneurs more uncompetitive when compared to service providers from other small countries like Philippines, Ukraine, and many many other countries.

Now a Indian have to ask their clients to split their payments into multiple units of $500 each. Whereas the service providers from other countries need not beg their clients like this.

Now a Indian cannot give a service level guarantee for a product or service, because if there is a refund then a Indian seller has to pay 3% extra then what the client paid. Whereas the service providers from other countries do not bear additional burden and can offer proper service level guarantees.

CAN YOU PLEASE SALUTE OUR INDIAN GOV AND RBI FOR THESE ABOVE MENTIONED REASONS. PLEASE SALUTE.

What have they done to encourage small biz owners and freelancers like us? Nothing!

The guys running the gov and RBI are brainless to understand the concept of internet and ecommerce. I doubt that they would understand what a payment processor is.

Every payment processor is giving trasaction details already to RBI and all the bank neft payments are already monitored by RBI. With that they can easily take care of the details ....

Well said. The government officials now only know what is mean by google. It will take atleast 30 years for them to understand what is mean by internet business. All crappy heads are there in the top positions spoiling the country to the most.
