here you can check for the copy pages of your site over the internet and you can change those text accordingly.

2. Go to SeoBook www.seobook.com and login there and download rankchecker addon for firefox, and then you can check your sites ranking for a particular KEYWORD.

Good information, what is really interesting here is the result, there are a lot of ideas and thoughts about what makes a quality website, the result is what will tell the story.

Right now most of us are just guessing, simple as that, we all "hope" that our "educated guess" will be a good one, that what we "think about google" will be the same or close to the same as what google itself is thinking but can anyone really be sure what google is thinking at any one minute of the day?

what i am trying to say is that before google crawls your pages check them for duplicacy in copyscape and manipulate those lines which are copy of other sites, just change the text only and you will escape this panda algorithm, else you will be penalize by getting lower ranks in search for your keyword if you use duplicate content. Always check the rank of your pages among millions of results through rank checker addon in firefox. this will give you hint where are u going downwards or upwards in ranking over a period of time.

for quality of content

1) they should be be copywrited nicely without grammatical mistakes,
2) Keywords stuffing should not be there, main keywords should be 10-15% of whole article or page, next keyword 8-9%, then after next keyword 4-5%, like that.​

To check keyword density on your page, go to seobook.com, search there keyword analyser, enter your webpage and it gives the results page wise.

take tips from other sites which are coming top ten in results for a keywords, what keywords they are using in title.​

 

I think you are talking about Google + button as the Google Feedback that may be integrated in the algorithms when awarding the PR of the page...
