Good tips, just reading the other thread on here about falling asleep in front of the T.V, maybe that should be on the list (as in don't!)
I am a person who work sometimes work in the day. sometimes in the night. So sleeping is my real problem. I don't know how to change my sleeping behavier
For me sport is the best for good sleep , after 1,5 hour gym exercising I can sleep as much as my body needs and feel great next morning .
You made me laugh out loud. Where exactly is this person getting his sleeping advice from? Don't sleep when you're tired? Maybe I should wait until the middle of the day when I'm wide awake.
