the title matches the keyword 100% and so does the h2 tag. This is a long tail keyword, so it is not very competitive. A title match appears to be enough... That is the reason

you are ranking well because you choose a low competitive keywords. now it became the tactic of good webmaster to choose a low competitive keyword for their site.

 

it`s becuase of the age of the site i think 10 years old. anyway by putting age of teh site more weight on ranking google become like YAHOO.
