I am looking for an affiliate program that offers email/zip submit and surveys, but the person does not have to leave my website. for exmple: on a page i will say something like, "submit name and email below to receive free gift card". and they submit the information, surveys, etc. while on my website, never having to leave? do any cpa programs out there offer this, or for all of them do you have to be redirected to the merchants website?
