Important Question about SItemap

    Hello

    We have this tag in Google sitemaps.

    <lastmod>2007-01-31T04:38:02+00:00</lastmod>

    Should we change this date every week or it doesnt effect site's update frequency.

    Please help if you know.

    Don't lie to Google... mark it when your page was actually "last modified".
