1) You may want to redo those links as the mods do not like shortened links in posts around here. 2) Layout and titles cannot be copyrighted. Certainly do not copy any content. Even though it would not be illegal to lay your site out in a similar manner and even use the same topic headers, if you do people will not respect your site. You're better off being as original as possible.
