Hi, how does the 30day cookie work? what if on June 1 they visit your site and click on AA ad and then 5 days later click on someone elses AA ad and then 5 days later buy something, who gets the commission????? 1st person or 2nd person? and then it resets again 30 days after? also if someone has an account to EBAY and clicks your ad and buys something, u dont get paid or u do?? Need answers asap as i plan to put this on a perfect site to well convert
I believe your cookie remains until either 30 days, they delete the cookie or the cookie is overwritten. So if they come to your site and click an ad, then come to mine and click an ad, I get the commissions from thereon. BUT - if they make a bid on the click from your site, and win, then I believe you get the commission even if they clicked my ad a few days later. My guess is that the cookie in place when the bid that wins the auction is placed gets the commission. Ill see if I can find out for sure.
