The URL is the most important. Better try to promote your website for 1-3 keywords (at least one in the url structure).
Then, you should add the other keywords (of course mostly with the keyword in the url structure) everywhere in your site/blog- Title, Meta description, Meta keywords, posts. Then you can try off-page SEO (including backlinks from forums, social sites, article directories, etc. with the same keywords in your site description)
