DMOZ influences the description of your site result on a Google search. we can see sites with DESCRIPTION: text text text text text. That description comes from your DMOZ description.
Does Dmoz influences the Title too in the google search results??

Nope, change your title in your web page and you will find that Google follows your web page changes, so does the description. I don't think Google follows Dmoz anymore.

manish.chauhan, they'll use the title given in the <title></title> tags of your Web page and grab what they consider to be the most relevant page description as it pertains to a user's search query. Sometimes it'll be the META description tag, other times it won't be.

As for DMOZ itself, it's nice to have, but not something I'd consider to be essential as far as promoting a Web site with the search engines in mind.
