[IMPORTANT] Need a Partner Programmer

    I am looking for a partner effective in managing businesses, knows programming (PHP, mySQL, CSS) and can effectively be online 3 or 4 times a day. If you can, kindly let me know by PM.

    Please this is not as simple as it looks. Kindly read the project description on the Website, before you guys PM me. This is a very huge project and I am looking for long term partnership in this matter. And it may be totally non-profit, hence it is advisable that you understand what you will be becoming a part of.

    You have an interesting proposal. However, you need a business plan because without sponsorship you must pay the bills. On the other hand working with NGOs would bring you sponsors.

    I know a little from everything and I am interested in such a partnership. Please PM me.
