"We know pricing is a critical issue for our sellers. While we stand
behind our decision to increase final value fees on Store Inventory
Format listings - because they make sense for items that list with
insertion fees of two cents - I know this increase has been difficult
for some of our sellers. To reward our eBay Stores sellers, we'll be
crediting $15.95 - a month's Basic Stores subscription - in May to all
sellers who operated an eBay Store for the month of April. Stores owners
will receive more details on this soon."

My Opinion:

This not gonna help as annoyed store owners know, this is the trick from eBay to have them continue with stores till May atleast.

What you think guys, about whole message?

 

I used ebay.com pretty much until a while ago but now they charge me 80 cents starting fee for a 2 euro item and then when I sell it I pay like 50 cents more!!!! That's ridiculous. They get like 75% of the price paid for lower value items. I should make my item priced 1 euro and say shipping is 200 euros cuz they don't charge fees for shipping added lol

 

Summer is already being a part of think tank of dumping eBay and forming a new Business ... prolly you can join her Chrissicom

 

Unfortunately for buyers, this is what most people do.

 

A monopoly in which market?

 

I really hate ebay now. It's to the point where it is not cost effective to sell small dollar items like knick knacks and such just to get rid of them. Now it's almost less cosly to just throw the stuff away.

 

Ebay basically invented online autions. Plus Amazon has auctions.

 

What are the other auction sites which might not be as popular as eBay & Amazon but might be as good as them...

 

Yahoo has auctions. May be an auction site for selling knick nacks might be a good idea now that no one will sell them on ebay?

 

But where will you sell your half eaten sandwiches and soiled knickers?

 

Keep selling them on ebay, you could get big money

 

And your item will get most popular item on eBay
