    Hey baby, brief response of your question regarding features of PHP in terms of website designing is this scripting language comes handy only that time when designers will convert design HTML file into PHP wherein the programmers will implement necessary coding.:eek:

    PHP allows you to create dynamic pages.

    @Rongmit; A design is mostly html ;) and can be indeed used to add certain codes for many reasons...
