He had contacted me about money exchange as he had $350 USD in PP to exchange. I did this and I made him have a holding period. Now my account is limited because of this ordeal and I lost almost $1500 It turns out he gained access to someone elses PayPal who doesn't even come on this forum I don't record Yahoo chat messages but I got the proof where he sent the $ to me and where the real account holder emailed me and questioned why the money was sent to me. In result, the real owner got his PayPal back but I'm sure that the guy still has access to it. I told him and he says he's going to close the account when he gets the money back.
