hi, it's good and it's bad, if you post something in RSS so it's good if someone will use it with links to your source, but if you use content from other rss provider you might be considered as duplicate content, so be aware.
Submit your RSS feed to some RSS directories. No such thing as dupicate content for RSS. If that were true, anytime a press release was put out, anyone putting it out would be penalized for duplicate content.
So for better traffic for your blog submit RSS feed to RSS directories and ping your blog on regular basis
