If you emphasise on quality when you hire a hand, you should be able to get your money's worth.

 

I think it's ok to have people write for you, but I also expect to make some changes to suit my individual style and the target audience. Quality content is key and can be the difference between that person bookmarking your site or clicking back, never to return.
