    for a site that using template (like WP or zenchart or joomla), i think it would be difficult to put the h1, h2 tag? how should i put those tag?
    if i put it in comment tag like this:
    <!-- <h1>keywords</h1> -->
    will the search engine crawl for it and index it?

    Great points. Keywords have seemingly taken a back seat to link building. I constantly revise my description and meta key tags for optimum keyword placement.
