Importance of credit card for paypal!

Hi,

I have some problem with one of my credit card. But the problem is that the paypal account had been created with that credit card no.

Now, if I want to close that credit card, what will be the effect on my paypal account? Will the paypal account also be closed? Or I can use any different credit card instead of the previous one.

Any help will really be appreciated.

yes you can add another credit card to your paypal... its simple to add

Well, it would not be a problem but the proper procedure would be to add the new credit card in first and go through the Expander Use Program process and then once that is done and settled with, you can remove the older card.

Basically, try never to have a moment in time where a credit card does not exist on file.

Another question!

Is it possible to add two or more credit cards in paypal?

So that if one card creates any problem, I can cancel that card and remove from paypal.

Yes, you can most definitely add more than 2 credit cards but you will need to define one as the Primary card where the charges would be made. But along the way, you have the option to allow a different card to be charged when you make payment.

There was a point of time I had 3 cards added to my account.

yes it is possible to add more then one card. also you can add the 2nd card later even if you block or cancel the 1st one... it will make your paypal unverified again like mine untill you add the new card.... so there is no need to add the new card before youre old card expire or you block or cancel it.
