    Do follow and no follow links are both important the difference lies in the PR juice that they leak, nofollow gives less PR juice than dofollow.

    Do follow increase page rank of the website also do follow link comes in quality backlinks. no follow link help to increase the backlinks or crawling site but page rank does not transfer.

    NoFollow backlinks have no effect on SERPS. But, they provide direct traffic. And from this point of view, they are important.

    NoFollow links definitely DO have an effect on SERPs and Google follows them anyway, so beside from the traffic they can generate they also help getting indexed. They just don't pass the juice in concerns of PageRank. And other than common believe, PageRank itself has only very little influence on SERPs.

    Who says no follow links have no importance. Search engine considers no follow links also as reference along with do follow links that helps in ranking but not in getting backlinks. You can get backlinks by do follow links only.

    Do-follow backlinks are regarded a little bit more than no-follow backlinks, but no-follow backlinks are not totally disregarded by the search engines

    You are the first one that said no follow link would help more than dofollow link. 
    So far , in every forum and blog. No one agree that nofollow link will help in SERP. 
    Unless you have thing to prove it .

    "No follow" backlinks mean your website does not get any link juice from the blog or forum post you made. "Do follow" backlinks are the opposite and thus, people prefer them instead of the former. However, most blogs and forums are "no follow". Still, it's best to participate in them because they can still help drive traffic to your website.
