    Contraray to what most people say SEO or shared hosting can have a very negative effect on you sites rankings because Google is blacklisting IP addresses. Yes you read right. They blacklist IP addresses. It is rare but it does happen! If you are skeptical then be my guest. Here is a blacklisted IP address:
    64.79.96.50
    Do a revearse IP lookup and when you see the list of sites hosted here I suggest you do a little test to see if it is blacklisted. try to get Google Translate to translate any of the sites on this IP to a foreign language of your choice.
