    Please let me know Can I implement "alts" in Flash also?

    I dont think you can do that with flash.

    No, you cannot. alt="" is an attribute of the IMG element. If you want content to appear in place of a Flash file, nest the content inside the OBJECT element, directly under the PARAM tags.
