    Seems that they are getting hacked by someone.. or this is a way to escape the responsibility. So many ppl doing this in dp.. I think they are one of them..

    But since the main page for impactnetsolutions is only WHMCS default, they can just get reinstall another WHMCS and restore from cron backup db which I think has been send to their email.

    If they nagging about that saying they don't have a backup etc. then I think you should open a paypal disputes to him.
