Just optimize your site, submit it on the Google webmaster account, and remind that do not put any copied content...your site will surely get indexed

Webmaster is a good start plus create an xml sitemap and submit that as well. If you are using Wordpress there are plugins to do the later for you.

get content and on page elements correct first, there is no reason for google not to index as they want to present the best content to the searchers
create a sitemap and sign up for analytics and webmaster tools

Is the search volume for the keyword you're targeting stagnant? Does Google already have a ton of dedicated content they can already serve to it's users? Well if the answer is yes to either of those questions you're not going to get indexed and ranked quickly, period. You can't forget that the big G and the others are also businesses, and if there is no incentive for them to do something quickly they wont. Hence why social media optimized content can effectively get a website ranked. It makes stagnant volume pop, and boom, you're ranked.

As long as you are keeping things natural for search engines, your site will be indexed and will also rank well (depending on your SEO techniques you've implemented).

Try to avoid black hat SEO like:

    1. Spamdexing
    2. Duplicate content on many pages
    3. Irrelevant submissions
    4. Automated submissions

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

In my own experiences, all new domains would be put in sandbox before building enough trusts with Google. Building back links from niche relative, high PR sources would be really helpful for not only indexing purpose but also earlier releasing from sand box purpose.

    have a nice day,
