    I am offering Impact Business Directory for sale.

    If you are from the midwest USA, you may have an idea of the value of the domain name alone.

    This site is built on phpLD 3.05.

    There are only about 200 links in the directory, but it has a custom theme.

    Traffic is very minimal (About 15 uniques daily), but the site is only a couple of months old and has not yet had enough content or time to get PR or listed well in serps, and I have made no attempt to market the directory.

    Most traffic comes from direct type in or search for the keywords "Impact Directory" (Again, there is a good reason for people in the USA to be typing this in.)

    There are only a couple of paid links that must stay permanant


    Starting price is $100
    No BIN as of yet. I just want to see how the interest is before I set a BIN.

    I reserve the right not to sell, unless a bid is set that I really like.
