    Website is about immigration to USA, UK, AU and NZ. Very very highly paid niche. On this site I've seen one click of $7!!!!!

    At the moment does not have very high traffic, but:
    - all content is unique
    - theme is paid & legal
    - optimized for search engines!
    - currently PR1, got in April, possibly will be higher this update.
