    I am new in this field.
    Is there any way to protect/reduce or blocked/restrict specific country/Area click on our Google Adsense. Or any security on our Adsense which we apply to protect or escape spammer.

    u can restrict any one but if u restrict country then ur site will not be open on that country..... n there is no use of ads.
    u can restrict spam ip adress...
