Buying Immediate Need for US traffic, Category targetted

Traffic must be US traffic and prefer categories to target, but is not a must.

The seller must have a DP iTrader feedback score of 5+ (the more the better), accept Paypal, and able to deliver traffic immediately.

I will accept popunder and redirect traffic. No PTC.

If you don't fit the criteria above, I will not answer.

Thanks for the reply, but what are the rates? Seems as if it might be on a "per site" basis. If so, I can easily go to any of the 100 media companies and purchase CPM traffic.

I would like to have a flat rate per XXXX customers.

Please explain the model please.

 

PopAds has a bidding system, so you set the price. At 0.002-0.0025 you should get pretty fast traffic(with lower bids, you will still get it, but slower).

 

I have some high quality US/targeted pop traffic if you are interested i can cut you a great deal for a test...
