I have an urgent request for someone to put two jpgs side by side each with a frame or white space and add text resulting in a 8x10" format for printing . One of the jpgs is of low quality so I know the results won't be perfect but I'd like the photos enhanced in any way possible. This is for a memorial for a family member so I need someone that can do this quickly and with care. This needs to be done within 4-6 hours.
