Yeah, I agree, the background is cool. I would make a logo sharper though and make the text a notch brighter. Also, maximum size of 1mb is not good, make it bigger to store high quality images. What makes your site better than thousands of other clones? Add something such as unlimited bandwidth, unlimited image sizes, etc...
Nice website, I like it because it is very clean, no advertisements and it gets straight to the point. I would suggest getting a better looking logo since your current one is too basic, You may also want to add a "Homepage" link as not everyone know that by clicking on the header that it will bring us to home page - Good luck with your site.
