Yeah , sorry to say that this guy is right. Site is turning out to be a scam site. Always happens... I am in the same situation as you now. I requested small amount just to test it out, received payment promptly... thought everything was ok, so I put more work into it and requested a larger payment.... got rejected... pretty sad. I knew it was going to turn into a scam site when there was an increase in the amount of pop-ups that were occurring... thats the early warning signs of a scam site. They are denying payments and just trying to infect us with malware and spyware.... I gave them SEVERAL opportunities and time to implement a "family safe" option. I uploaded images using that option, needless to say many users were complaining that they were be blasted with naked women when they loaded my image.... so I had to use another "family safe" image uploader instead.....
Just another sad case of an internet affiliate scam.
You guys have been warned.
Move along to a different site before this one decides to scam you guys as well.

Well what good does that do us now.... Payment has been rejected, sent email asking why, no response ... and its extremely unlikely that you will reverse the decision anyway... I have no idea why it would get rejected... but again I believe I did nothing wrong. Probably the same old story.... "No hidden rules to keep your payment"... when I bet there is, which is why I wont get this payment...
Anyway, I don't really care anymore, the fact that I am not going to get the payment is just one of the issues here...
Your site has multiple issues... EVERY single time I log into it I am bombarded with pop-ups and my internet security detects a virus.... who know what its doing to my computer... Also, seeing as though the "family safe" filter is permanently broken the site is pretty much useless anyway. Not everyone wants to be subjected to porn ads when they open an image...
So I am officially moving on to bigger and better things. Unfortunately this site didn't work out for me (and numerous others it seems) but I appreciate the fact that I received my first, and only, payment of $2....
Thats all I can say.

Nope. Same old same old.... Sent email, asked why it was rejected. No answer. Good site isn't it? Just wanted closure, but won't get it.... who cares....
It wasn't my main income anyway, was just a bit of side cash...
If you have a decent method though you might want to think about changing it, or you will no doubt get banned.
