When you say picked up do you mean bought/acquired, if so whats the revenue model?

The one page I've seen looks nice and simple and very easy to follow.

uploading files using the "BROWSE" button is very annoying, you can only upload 1 file at the time. Take a look at jUpload ( google it ), nice clean java applet that lets you select multiple files to upload.

    Says you have 172 images.

That doesn't seem like very many.

What do people do with the images? Who can access them?

I've got more questions than answers.

The site is only 1 month old, so no revenue as of yet. Bought.

Like I said above, the site is only 1 month old.

People upload pics for use as hotlinking or storing to share with others.

Anyone can access them as long as they know the url to the pic.

    yeah,
but if I wanted to upload 50 files in one folder, I have to click 50 times, select 50 x 1 file (without selecting one twice) and then hit upload...

I just want to select a folder, click "Select All" and go... jUpload does this (and I'm not affilated or anything with them)

Time it: take a directory from one of your other sites (the image dir), and upload all files to your imgfreak site. time how long it takes you.
my guess is: too long :)

I once had the same problem. (photo album, upload your photos etc.)

trust me, there is no html way to do this that is supported by all browsers. You'll need an external application to take care of it. my search ended at jupload. not cheap, but worth it.

My question is if I lose my link to my picture is there any way for me to ever find it again? It is a nice basic service, but the ability to login and manage uploads (see links) would be nice. Also is there any way for me to delete a picture if I'm done needing it hosted?
