Let's face it, there has been a few times that I didn't have enough time on my hands, had a brand new domain registered and had no clue what I was going to do with it.

The reality is if you are like me, you have ideas just waiting to burst forth from your mind at a moments notice. But often due to family commitments and time restraints, it isn't possible to just take a couple of hours and design a new website.

To be honest, it took me several months to find a way to create a site that I was happy with and didn't cost me too much money.

So there are days where I devote my time to these websites but now I can do a few websites for genuine individuals that need something really cost effective. Something reasonable and justified.

So how much will it cost you?

Well let's start with Option 1:

What will you get?

* A fully functional website.
* 5 PLR articles on the niche of your choice. (I retain a lot of PLR content, but in some areas I may not have what you are looking for, so ask if in doubt.)
* 1 free page to do with as you please. You will have to provide the content for this page.
*24 hours from conception to delivery.

Option 1 will only cost you $15.00- Yes, it is quite ridiculously low!

Option 2 (My favourite):

* A fully functional website.
* 5 Unique & Copyscape passed articles on the topics/niche of your choice.
* 2 Free pages to do with as you please. You have to provide the content for these pages or I will add relevant content to match the site if it is available.
* 72 hours from concept to delivery.

Option 2 will only cost you $37.00 - It is well below what any designer would charge, but for something unique that no one else has, I think it is a perfect price.

Your inactive domains can have some interesting content and at least it won't be the 'same as everyone else's.'

I am not offering review copies as you can see a sample website I have done here just for fun of it. You can specify niche and overall colour you want your site to be, but the rest I will do at my own discretion. I use stock images from sxc.hu and if you want me to use stock images from any other site, then I will charge $1.50 per image added to the site on top of the price.
