Hi, I have shared hosting (lunarpages) and I need Imagick. I thought that I only add extension=imagick.so to my php.ini file. But it doen't load (phpinfo()). They wrote me from support: For imagemagick, this is already installed and active on the server. If you are placing in entries to the php.ini file, this may be conflicting with the server level php.ini and causing it to not function. But when I add it to my php.ini it doen't work, when I delete it from my php.ini it doen't work... so I don't know what to do. In phpinfo() it shows right php.ini file (which I'm editing). I never did it before, so probably I'm doing something wrong. Thanks for your advice. (sorry for my English)
Genearlly, if imagemagick is installed on the server, you do not require making any changes from client end. If imagemagick is not working in your script, contact the support to fix it. May be there is some other problem. Kailash
