Images With Watemark & Without Watermark

    i have lots of images with watermark and without watermark. is it possible to freely share or sell it to other persons the images that dont have any watermark.:confused:

    If you own the copyright then you can do what you like. Otherwise you can't.

    Did you create the images yourself, or did you get them from the internet or any other source?

    If you created them yourself, and thus own the copyright to each image, then you can do with it whatever you want.

    However, if you got it from other sources (and you don't own the copyright) you are not allowed to use them or sell them, or even give them away regardless if they have a watermark on them or not. If you don't own the copyright or have the copyright owner's permission, you can't do anything with the images, without facing possible copyright infringement and legal action.

    Copyright infringement carries a heavy burden too, what's it at...$150,000 per infringement when an image is registered with the library of congress?
