Can i post images that i don't own on my blog with adsense?

If so, do i have to provide a source from where they came from?

What is the source of the images? Are they youtube videos or are they images you received from elsewhere? All I see is a video wall and a youtube video, which should be okay as long as you don't post the adsense units too close to the images.

    This might help you. google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=105960

If you take image from random sites is not wery good idea if they have copy right. You break the copy right.
I know i friend that get suied on alot of money. For use somone else image on ebay.
I should ask about permission first to use somone else image and post where it come from.

If you are a keen blogger and you like to add images for references and to make your post look nice, install Zemanta on your browser. This will search the image for you on the basis of the content you have written. This image will have information about the site from where it has been taken.
Taking any image without any permission from the original owner is violating the Copyright Law.

I search flickr for images, ones with the CC license. You can use those with attribution etc.

If I can't find any on flickr I buy them from getty images or find them on google images and ask the owner nicely. Some images I get from Government sites (eg nasa) that have image libraries. Buying entirely from getty would get a bit expensive, the smallest size is $5 each and I have almost 3000 images now.

using copy right images is violation of the law. The person may sue you. It is better to use royalty free images. Or have a gallery of photos or images of your own to use.

It's not a good idea to use image which don't belong to you. How do you do if the image's own sue you? Don't risk it.

What is a good source of free or nearly free images? And what are some good resources to learn about fully legal image usage?

You won't get any trouble with Adsense, but you sure have to think about the copyright itself ..
