Images next to ads?

For those who have images next to their ads, do you just put a table next to the ad block? I want to implement a 300x250 ad and have four 75px height ads going down the left side of the ad block. Is the best way to do this via tables?

 

yes you can do that with table but I don't think it is allowed to do that

I didn't ask google but I have seen people got banned because of that

use tables but from what i've been reading, to be safe you need some kind of divider between images and ad. a skinny vertical image won't be too distracting. good luck.

 

Adding line between ads and images can be easier when we use CSS instead table. Gud lak
