    there is site after site all putting pictures next to ads, google gets a little carried away sometimes.

    Its against TOS, but it brings a lot clicks.
    So, people are taking risk despite of the chance to get banned.

    I wouldnt even risk it. It's against TOS - just because everyone else is doing it doesn't mean they will last long. If you are looking for a quick buck, it might be a good idea but for me personally I am looking for consistantcy.

    I don't said that I want to add images next to ads, I am just asking myself why they can and we can't...
