images loading fine in FF3, but not in chrome or IE

image tags show up fine in Firefox3.

however in chrome or IE, they are all broken.
another weird thing is, in IE and chrome, i downloaded the images to harddrive, to verify they are working. it does! i reload the page, and the pictures are loading for the ones i downloaded.....wth ?
