Images cut in half by new blogger

Hi,

Any large image that I upload to my blog is cut in half.

If I use the option of uploading it in medium size, the image is still uploaded in its original size.

Now old blogger gave the option of resizing the image within the post but new blogger doesn't. How do I tackle this problem?

Click on the picture and resize it by dragging the edges (I use new blogger and had a similar issue the other day).

 

That didn't work (I'm using Firefox).

So I edited the HTMl in the post by adding my own dimensions od width and height.

Now it's at least better than before even though the first image is still being cut.

 

That's strange I just logged onto my account using firefox. I went to settings - edit post - clicked on an image - I could then resize it by dragging the edges. Seems like its not a firefox issue.

 

I'll try it in IE and Opera to see what happens...maybe my settings are wrong

 

Blogger problems like this are common place. Another issue that can arise is whn your images are oversized and that 'bumps' your sidebar down to the bottom of the page. You'd think they would have ironed out all these known issues when it was still beta.
