This is annoying. I got it to work before, but I forgot what I did. Its something with the Photoshop's color profile tool. Each time I am creating a new images and save it as jpg or png I dont get the same colors in the output as the workspace. This come very annoying since I need the image's colour exactly to match with the rest of a website's layout. I have set the color profile to sRGB or something like that, but still I get the wrong output Please help, anyone?
On Windows use Adobe Gamma to make a rough ICC color profile for you monitor (if you have a hardware calibration instrument it will give best results). Then load your monitor profile in the Color Management window which is under Display Settings -> Advanced -> Color Management. Then in Photoshop go to Edit -> Color Settings and in the RGB dropdown list choose sRGB IEC61966-2.1. This is only a suggestion. Try it, it may work. It works for me
It doesnt matter which program I use to view the images. Whenever I export the images with "Save to web" I see the output result. And its not the same colors as the workspace image's color. When I save it and use it in my page designs I see that the colors differ from the workspace hmm... never mind, i think its fixed thanks for your help anyway
