Images are not content. You need to have SOME text with the images so you don't violate Google TOS. So putting adsense on pages with Images only is not right. You might want to have some RSS feeds on your page, if you cannot write content for lots of pages/images.
Listen, google is understanding at times. If it seems an image hosting viewing an image, maybe with the title, it won't do nothing. But if it passes by a webpage SPECIFICALY created to have an image with adsense on it, then you've got beef. Peace,
I added Google ads to the public gallery pages on one of my sites where most of the 2500+ pages just consist of the site navigation, page title and a picture. I emailed Google who took a look and said it was fine. If in doubt, always ask the man Cheers BP
