imagemaps?

I have a website where every page has the same imagemap on the left side with links to different parts of the website. The problem is, every time i want to add a new link, I have to go change the picture (not a big deal because I change the image in the image folder and it updates every page since they all use the same image), and then change the image map on every page. Is there any way to edit the imagemap in one location and have it updated/uploaded/included on every page? I'm relatively new to html and would appreciate any help.

 

You'd have to use a server side language such as PHP and then use server side includes.

 

Sure for that purpose you have to use Server side script for example, ASP, PHP, CGI, PERL etc.

Or you should make CMS based website. Like Joomla
