ImageHost Script

I am really wanting to start a long term free imagehost site.

Does anyone know any script that's good and has some features like a public gallery, multiple upload, restrictions, premium accounts ,etc.?

Any suggestions and info appreciated.

i can suggest you go with mihalism but it doesnt have premium accounts feature

Are there any mods or custom templates for this script to make it look more unique?

look at the small print of your hosting company. To comply with tos of say hostgator- you would have to personally check every picture before it went live...
