Image_Tag and Reference_Tag vs SEO!

    Key Word: Dog Obedience Training

    The number #1 spot for this keyword has 19 Image_Tag and 50 Reference_Tag that have the keyword "dog obedience training". In every other category besides "Domain_Name" I out number him/her.

    So my question is:

    With regards to SEO is the Image_Tag and Reference_Tag important to SEO and SERP.

    I am trying to rank for the keyword "Dog Obedience Training" and I cant even get in the top 1000.

    Id be looking at the number and quality of back links prior to any on page factors. If you are not in the top 1k, then back links are more important than anything else imo.

    The number 1 (for my results) has the "Dog Obedience Training" only 3 times on their page.

    Also, it is very important the anchor text that you use for your backlinks... It is even more important that having those keywords on your page :)

    I have a link from a PR7 page with the anchor text Dog Obedience Training. I thought this would have been atleast enough to get in me in the top 1000. Along with about 20-30 PR2-PR5's.

    Being PR7 it doesn't matter much, if there is a total of 200 outbound links :)

    I only have 24 outbound links and the PR7 that links to my site only has 145 outbound links. Should I start focusing on more links?

    Only 145 outbound links? (7 / 145) = 0.048 ... Not very useful :)
