Image uploading script to my server.

I do alot of blogging and hate uploading pics to my FTP via CuteFTP, and then finding the image location bla bla.

I would like to know if there is a script out there I can have that allows me to UPLOAD pictures via PC and HTTP/URL such as photobucket and imageshack are capable of, and then spit out the image url from my server.

Also if it can AUTO watermark during the process that would be even better!
