Image Upload Error

    i tried to upload an image from my wordpress admin but i got this error:
    Unable to create directory /home/modos/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2009/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    how can i fix it?

    Sounds like a file permissions problem, make sure your uploads folder has permissions of 755, you can set this in cPanel if your hosting account has it.

    i have done that and it is still saying the same thing
