Dear webmaster, I have 3 websites which all are same related theme with different domain name all are hosted in same ip. As the sites are same that's why I am using all the images from a single site. e.g- all the images hosted under abc.com for abc.net i am using <img src="abc.com/img.jpg">. I just want to know is that process ok for SEO perspective or not?? I am waiting for your valuable comment. -- Thanks, Aniket
Google will filter based on duplicated content including images. You may want to think about renaming the files, changing the image alt tags and putting these alternatives on their respective sites rather than cross linking.Hope that helps.
Why not just copy them into a seperate directory re-name them and change the alt tags? Should be a simple job.
Hi Jonah_fish, You are right. But I just want to know is the current status can negative effect for SEO?
