Image resize and watermark

I need help after searching around for answer I'm still at a lost. I have about 7k images that look like this.


I'm looking to rezise them to 54 * 54 like below size and inserting them into the middle of another image so my finally result will look like this



But the images are broke up into different folders so I might have 12 in folder images/2301 and 64 in images/2302

If you have Photoshop look under File at the batch/script sections. It justs needs you to record the action once and then you can apply that sequence of actions to many files.

Alternatively it probably wouldn't take long for some here to knock up a script to do it for you.
